What We Treat

The four problems DFW homes call about most.

Close view of a cockroach on a textured wall

General Pest

Roaches, ants, spiders, scorpions and silverfish. Interior cracks and voids treated at the source, exterior barrier maintained so the next wave stops outside instead of in your kitchen.

Termites

North Texas sits on top of some of the heaviest subterranean termite pressure in the country. Liquid barriers and bait systems placed where the activity actually is, with documentation you can keep with the house.

Call About Termites
Paper wasps crawling on their nest against a blue sky

Stinging Insects

Wasp and hornet nests on eaves, play sets and patio covers removed and the anchor points treated. Summer cookouts should not require a lookout.

Rodents and Interior Work

Trapping, exclusion and entry point sealing for mice and rats, plus targeted interior treatments when the problem has already moved inside. We close the doors they use, not just the ones you can see.

How a Visit Works

1

Inspect

The technician walks the property first. Entry points, moisture, harborage and activity get mapped before anything is applied.

2

Treat

Products applied exactly as their EPA labels require, placed where pests live and travel instead of sprayed everywhere for show.

3

Document

You get a record of what was applied, where and why. Next visit picks up from that record, not from memory.

Built for the DFW Pest Calendar

Termite swarms in spring. Mosquitoes from May through October. Roaches all summer, rodents heading indoors every fall. A treatment plan here has to rotate with the calendar, and ours does.

Every technician works from the same playbook: inspect first, treat what is actually there, document everything and adjust the next visit to what the records show.

Straight Answers to Common Questions

How long after a treatment will I still see roaches?

Seeing activity in the first days after a treatment is normal - the product works by contact and transfer, and pests get flushed out of harborage on their way through it. Activity should drop noticeably over the first week or two. If it does not, call us and we come look at what changed instead of leaving you to wonder.

Is the treatment safe for my dogs and cats?

We use label-directed products and place them where pests travel, not where pets do. We tell you exactly what was applied, where, and any re-entry time for treated areas before we leave. Bring up your pets when you call and the plan gets built around them.

What are the signs of termites in my house?

Mud tubes on the foundation or garage walls, wings shed near windows after a spring swarm, blistered or hollow-sounding wood, and pinholes in drywall. Euless and the Mid-Cities sit in heavy subterranean termite soil, so a spring swarm nearby is worth an inspection even without damage you can see.

What is that scratching sound in my attic at night?

In North Texas it is usually rats or mice moving in along the roofline as nights cool, and squirrels if you hear it at dawn instead. We inspect the attic, identify what is actually up there, trap what is present and seal the entry points so the next ones stay out.
